The municipal government of Mol does not collect personal data unless you provide it voluntarily. 7. What rights do you have?
The General Data Protection Regulation (of 24/05/2016) and the Privacy Act (of 08/12/1992, revised by the law of 11/12/1998) grant you a number of rights with regard to your personal data processed by the municipality.
You have the right to ask the municipal authorities of Mol which personal data they process about you. The municipality will respond to this request in writing within four weeks. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this period may be extended by two months if necessary. The municipal authorities will inform the data subject of such an extension within one month of receipt of the request. This information will be provided free of charge. If requests from a data subject are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, the municipal authorities may charge a reasonable fee in light of the administrative costs or refuse to comply with the request. You can then request the municipality to supplement, improve or delete this data, whereby you must indicate in your request which changes you want. The municipality will also respond to this request within four weeks.
In addition to the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (except for processing for legitimate and legal purposes). You also have the right to obtain and transfer the portability of the personal data you provided in a common, structured and digitally readable form. 8. Prohibited use of the website
